With effect from 14 May 2024, please note:-

1. Gibney Hogan Solicitors is operating as a limited liability partnership registered in the Republic of Ireland, under the name Gibney Hogan LLP. We are authorised by the Legal Services Regulatory Authority to operate, from that date, as a limited liability partnership under the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015.
2. As set out in Section 123 the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015, (subject to the exceptions listed therein), a Partner in Gibney Hogan LLP, has no personal liability for any debts, liabilities or obligations which are incurred for the purpose of carrying on the business of Gibney Hogan LLP (whether these are liabilities of Gibney Hogan LLP, of himself or herself, of another partner/member or partners or members in Gibney Hogan LLP or of any employee, agent or representative of Gibney Hogan LLP) and however such liability may arise.
3. The above relates only to the personal liability of the Partners of Gibney Hogan LLP and does not prevent or restrict the enforcement against the property of Gibney Hogan LLP of any debt, liability or obligation. The Partnership Act 1890 (Ireland) applies to Gibney Hogan LLP to the extent that it is not inconsistent with Chapter 3 of Part 8 of the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015.
