Bernard specialises in insolvency, debt recovery and commercial and corporate dispute resolution having advised liquidators, creditors, property developers and shareholders alike in dispute. He has acted for some of the leading Asset Management Agencies and Banks in the country and has a particular interest in appropriate dispute resolution. 

Bernard enjoys all things sport and continues to be involved on and off the field for his local GAA club in Tipperary. Bernard also has a passion for food, having previously co-founded and managed a small food business. Thus, he has first hand understanding of the challenges that small and medium businesses face.
